Specialist Vehicles provides low volume/high complexity sub-assembly, kitting and supply chain management services to the construction, commercial, agricultural and leisure vehicle industry, with full JIT delivery service.
Our supply chain solutions encompass global procurement, including low-cost sourcing, supplier STA, supplier development and project management. We procure from customer designated suppliers or from our own supplier list.
Poka Yoke is a Japanese term for error proofing, meaning to avoid (‘yokeru’) inadvertent errors (‘poka’). Remploy Automotive has perfected the development of intelligent Poka Yoke assembly jigs.
